YUM! There’s nothing better than a great new restaurant! Opening its doors to the public on March 10, 2010 the Melting Pot is focused on creating a great experience as much as serving excellent food. As the name eludes to, the Melting Pot is centered around a fondue style menu that makes your home fondue set look like a 1984 Motorola.
Our team at Special Event Rentals and Event Planning Headquarters were invited to an exclusive night out at the Melting Pot to sample the delicious menu and also get a feeling for the innovative, new space. Catering to small and large parties alike, the dining room features intimate seating for two as well as booths with retractable partitioning to accommodate larger parties. There is also a private room with seating for up to 40. Our event planners loved this space and think it would be perfect for a fun rehearsal dinner or even a small wedding reception. It is also the perfect setting for corporate events, holiday and birthday parties, or retirement dinners. Our delivery manger also attended the event to get a better understanding of the space and how to accommodate any rental orders going to the space so that you and your party can focus on enjoying the food and atmosphere.
The menu features a wide range of cheese, meat, seafood, and of course the beloved chocolate fondue in either a delectable 4 course meal or individually, allowing your party to mix and match according to their tastes. Overall, we think the Melting Pot is an innovate addition to the Edmonton food scene and definitely worth a try.
