Last week we showcased how to add a little glitter to a pair of your heels and because we don’t think it’s possible to have too much glitter we have another sparkly project to share! This fabulous D.I.Y. project will allow you to turn a empty Bath & Body Works three-wick candle container into a vase that will brighten up your desk.
You will need the following items:
- Mod Podge
- Extra Fine Glitter
- Paper Cup
- Paintbrush
- Paper
- Paper plate
- Empty Bath & Body Works three-wick candle container or any vase
Step 1: In your paper cup mix the Mod Podge and the extra fine glitter
Step 2: On the inside of the vase apply an even amount of the mixture until the entire inside of the vase is covered.
Step 3: Over the paper plate sprinkle a layer of the extra fine glitter on top of the mixture.
Step 4: tap out any extra glitter from the vase and let dry for 30 minutes or until dry
Step 3: Apply another layer of the Mod Podge and glitter mixture and let it sit for 30 minutes or until dry.
Step 4: With a clean paintbrush apply an even layer of the Mod Podge to seal the glitter and let the vase dry overnight.
Step 5: In the morning you will be able to fill your new glittered vase with anything you want!
