More and more people are giving the gift of money or gift cards to allow the recipient to choose a gift they have been coveting. If you are planning to do this for your next gift we suggest you put a little twist on the ordinary money in a card and make a creative money bottle!
You will need the following items:
- An empty wine bottle
- A cork
- Ribbon
- Dimes
- Small rocks
Step 1: Visit your bank and take out the amount of money that you would like to give in dimes.
Step 2: Add a small amount of rocks into the wine bottle. This will be your first layer.
Step 3: Add all the dimes into the wine bottle to create a second layer.
Step 4: Fill the top of the wine bottle with more small rocks.
Step 5: Insert the cork.
Step 6: Tie ribbon around the top. You can also attach a small card to the ribbon if you so wish.
