Lynn Fletcher has over 15 years of experience planning weddings, and officially established Lynn Fletcher Weddings in 2009. Since then, her team has grown and flourished but the vision remains the same. Lynn enjoys the creative process of designing weddings for her brides and grooms, creating the best day of their lives. The Lynn Fletcher Wedding team works closely with each couple, finding their inspiration from each client. They always build from the bride and groom’s visions, likes and dislikes, making every wedding unique and new. Lynn loves bling, and everywhere that Lynn may go, the bling is sure to show. So it’s no surprise that this tablescape is detailed with crystals, mirrors, sequins and shiny candelabras. The zebra print chair tie was the beginning of this vision as it reminded Lynn of a past wedding that she did where the dance floor was zebra patterned. “It’s not every day that you have animal printed decor at a wedding!” Well that’s a shame since she has taken this small detail and turned it into a glamorous and bold design.
Lynn recalls one of her most memorable moments. “One of our brides delivered her vows in French as a surprise to her Francophone Groom. You could have heard a pin drop as she was speaking! It was like there was no one in the room but the two of them and that her words were only for him. It was magic as everyone reached for the Kleenex almost on cue!” Those are moments that you can only hope for.
Lynn’s advice to the newly engaged, “Take it easy on each other throughout the planning process and have fun! Too many couples put too much stress on each other and think that they have to know everything about their wedding before they get to meet with a planner. If you do not have a plan, that’s ok! That is what we are here for. All you need to know is that you are in love and want to be married. We will do the rest.”
